i feel to depressed to go to bed. im tired but i know ill just lye there in the dark with too much on my mind. half of me wants to stay up all night and half of me wants to sleep. i dont know what to do. i have slept horribly in the past 2 nights…

that happenned to me when my friend died
like…you want to go to bed…but you know ull just lie there…and theres something telling you not to go to bed..kinda?
well, i found that talking yto people or reading worked.
i’d stay up until one talking on the phone,
or on msn
or i’d real iuntil really late.
also, it’s good if you just rest..like relax so you’re totally not out of energy, so you’re awake but still have some energy for the next day.
is there something that keeps you awake or anything?
also, sometimes seeing a counsellor or psychiatrist is good because you could have a sleep disorder. i had one of them. i refused to see a counsellor though. stuffed me up good 😛

Same here. I can’t sleep, I feel too horrible and depressed. I normally just relaxed, clear my mind. I just laid down as long as I needed to before I went to sleep. (It’s summer, so I don’t have to really worry about messed up sleep schedules.
