Question by Junior: HELP!(Possible Addiction)?
Ok so I was recently treated with a partially collapsed lung, one of the pills they perscribed I am finished, and I don’t hurt any more, but the second pills are just Tylenol 3’s, but i love the feeling when i take 2 or 3 tylonel’s, and i have about 20 pills left, and have been taking 3 at a time without any pain, do they cause any damage? i feel so relaxed…

well to hear you state “only tylenol 3s” to me thats an addicted statement. and I dont have a cure for you but something to think about. the more you take these pills the more tolerants your body will build up. the more your tolerance build up the more your going to take to feel the high. worse than that before long you may feel pain and its going to take alot of pills to stop the pain. so I would go to an na meeting and speak up about this issue good luck

The Codeine in Tylenol 3 is addictive. Another danger that many people are not aware of comes from the Acetaminophen (Tylenol) itself, i.e. liver damage or hearing loss. Taking more than 4000mg. of Acetaminophen per can cause toxicity of the liver (which may be permanent) and for reasons I do not understand, high doses of Acetaminophen can also cause deafness.
