it pains me so, more clicks on the mouse
I start to sweat, hands shaking
can hardly type but then…
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I see a poem from someone I know
sweet release as tension now goes

uh oh, says a friend of mine
I think you have an addiction
WHAT do you mean? ME: addicted?!

must be hard by now.

I think that Yahoo! answers is a mild enough addiction
And writer’s block is all in all a quite benign affliction.
The worst thing that can happen is a soft, persistent cough;
It’s not exactly like your pen or pencil could fall off.
So come here often, drink the waters, satisfy your thirst
But please be less disparaging of you, the poet, first!
I do not doubt you, yea I think that with the gift you’re blessed…
You’ve only paused a moment as all must do to rest.
