Their are no pro’s, and cons include all the dangers of breathing smoke. Sure, it makes you feel good, but then it wears off.

pros: it doesn’t make you sick or impair you like alcohol, helps you to relax, you notice things you wouldn’t, makes food taste better
cons: it’s illegal
