Uh, whoever told you everyone in college likes exactly the same music, movies, and actors was lying to you. But then, whoever told you anyone CARES whether you’re aware of their favorite entertainment or not was also lying to you.
I THOUGHT you were going to ask SENSIBLE questions about going to college, not questions that are misguided and completely irrelevant to everything.

Girls/Women need to be aware that if they’ve never partied in their high school years that you MUST BE CAREFUL when going out because you don’t know how alcohol and/or drugs will affect you.
The first few times you go out, you’ll drink far more than you realize you need to get you blasted and that leads to blacking out and passing out and that leads to date-rape.
Additionally, if you are a trauma survivor, meaning: Do you have a parent that is mentally ill or an addict, were you EVER hit, were you sexually abused, were you emotionally/verbally abused, you’ll have a hard time not acting out.
The worse your abuse as a child, the more you’ll seek out victimization as an “Adult”.
Girls that were molested as children have a STAGGERING rate of having MULTIPLE RAPES as adults. This includes being subconsciously attracted to victimizers that will drug your drink or will feed you intoxicants with the intent of making you unable to consent or oppose his will, or those that are TRUE victimizers will just “Sense” that you’re a good victim and follow you home from the library and jump you in the bushes.
NO ONE LIKES TO TALK ABOUT THIS because by saying “You will subconsciously seek out victimizers” implies to (retarded) people that what happens is your fault and that is just not the case…
Do you blame the gazelle with the limp for being the one the lion focuses on?
You’re a limping gazelle and there are lions out there that spend their whole existence looking for a limp.
And lastly, no matter what the feminists try to tell you, you DO NOT have to party and bang your way across the campus to be a happy, liberated, or empowered woman.
Statistically speaking, it’s been shown that the higher the self esteem of the female the LESS SEX SHE HAS and the worse the self esteem, the MORE sex she has.
“The Freshman 15” now seems to mean the number of partners you’re to have when you “Get Free” of your parents and that is just insane.
You should NEVER be ashamed of your sexuality, but this idea that unless you go out and screw like a guy you’re not a “Modern Woman” is literally crazy… To be like the Blond from Sex in the City, Samantha Jones played by Kim Cattrall, means you have a personality disorder due to severe trauma as a child and won’t live to 40. It’s ACTING OUT, not being a “Liberated Woman”.

To paraphrase her 20/20 interview “Everyone told me this is what women do… I didn’t enjoy it, but everywhere I turned I was told it’s what I need to do to have a life.”
EVERYTHING ELSE you asked about, as in what is popular, depends on where you’re going, who you are, and doesn’t matter.
