Okay so i will try my best to make everything clear to you. Marijuana is the most popular and most liked drug in the world. It is harmless and has many medical benefits. It helps with pain (mental and physical) sleep, anorexia, kill cancer cells, treat HIV, and MENY MORE. Marijuana smoke does not harm lung function like cigarettes do. Tobacco smoke has much more tar and harmful chemicals in it. Marijuana is better for you then alcohol and tobacco combined. It is not addictive but some say it can effect IQ. Yes and no for some people maybe but for some other people absolutely not Including myself i am #1 in the state for long jump and high jump in track. I get straight A’s and B’s and i smoke cannabis. I am also clinically depressed and can very get VERY sad and i take a lot of medications including anti depressants and a lot of other things for depression and none of them are as nearly as effective as cannabis. Also did you know in all living creatures located in everyones brain are cannabinoid receptors. Which means the brain has a special spot just for the chemicals in cannabis. The way i look at it is marijuana was a gift giving to organisms to help discover more wonders of the world and connect with our spiritual selfs. Every organism under the sun have these receptors not just humans but every organism with a brain.
To be honest he shouldn’t of hid the fact he smokes pot from you thats where he went wrong. But to answer your question marijuana is harmless as long as you take care of yourself while doing it.
What does being high on cannabis feel like?
This is very hard to describe. but i will try to do my best. At first your in a state of peace everything’s brighter you don’t have one negative thought on your mind. You get giggly and anything can be entertaining. As time goes on everyone seems happy you feel floaty like everything’s a dream. You can look at anything and make it into anything you want to. For example, you stare at a big rock and in your imagination you can make it look like anything for instance a tighter laying on its back. Sounds become more clear, everything makes more senses. You appreciate like as it is. You can act normal if you try but some people like me get a little paranoid and don’t talk if your around parents or adults when high. Everything tastes amazing, smells amazing, sounds amazing, feeling amazing. All your senses are enhanced and your just in peace. When you start coming down (depending on how much you smoke) say maybe 2-3 hours later you will be insanely hungry and eat everything and wont stop eating and then you will just nice and relaxed after and get a amazing nights sleep.
I highly recommend it i guaranty you’ll love it.
Hope this helps! 🙂

The most probable adverse effects (of cannabis use) include a dependence syndrome, increased risk of motor vehicle crashes, impaired respiratory function, cardiovascular disease, and adverse effects of regular use on adolescent psychosocial development and mental health. – www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736%2809%2961037-0/abstract
Marijuana abuse during pregnancy and adolescence represents a major health problem owing to its potential consequences on neural development. Prenatally cannabis-exposed children display cognitive deficits, suggesting that maternal consumption has interfered with the proper maturation of the brain. – http://www.futuremedicine.com/doi/full/10.2217/fnl.11.27
In the study, habitual pot users who were asked to abstain for two weeks experienced irritability, sleep difficulties and other symptoms that affected their ability to work and their relationships with other people… it is generally accepted now that the drug can cause addiction and withdrawal – http://news.yahoo.com/marijuana-withdrawal-real-study-says-210426347.html
bullous lung disease occurs in marijuana smokers approximately 20 years earlier than tobacco smokers. – http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/01/080123104017.htm
The strongest evidence of a causal association was for head and neck cancer, with two of three studies reporting statistically significant associations. The evidence was less strong but suggestive for lung cancer, with one of three studies conducted in populations that did not mix marijuana and tobacco reporting a significant association. Suggestive evidence also was seen for bladder cancer, with one of two studies reporting a significant association. For brain and testicular cancers, the single studies conducted of each of these endpoints reported significant associations. Among the epidemiological studies that reported results for parental marijuana smoking and childhood cancer, seven of eight found statistically significant associations. Maternal and paternal marijuana smoking were implicated, depending on the type of cancer. Childhood cancers that have been associated with maternal marijuana smoking are acute myeloid leukemia, neuroblastoma, brain astrocytoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma. Childhood cancers that have been associated with paternal marijuana smoking are leukemia, infant leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and rhabdomyosarcoma. – http://life.umt.edu/curry/DOcs-SOS/Current%20Peer%20Educators/Articles/Tomar_et_al.pdf
