The state’s appeals court recently ruled that extramarital flings can be prosecuted as first-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony punishable by up to life in jail.”

People should know the facts of the case before they make a decision.
The guy is a pimp and a drug dealer who used women’s addiction to drugs to have sex with them. Personally, I’m glad he’s going to jail.

Only one person have been brought up on charges and he would be in jail for other reasons, it just adds time to his sentence.
I think there are about a thousand scorned women in Michigan right now trying to make it one more person.
The flip side of the coin is marriages in Michigan must work really well seeing how only one person has ever been charged.
