My son just returned from a rehab center. I would like to start up a rehab center close to home. We have no treatment centers in our area.

first go to the local pd and find out their position, planing dept to find out their position, and then if you aren’t discouraged, start currying favor with the council. you will get a lot of nimby knee jerk reactions.
